Week 15 or Aunt Edna's Couch
As promised, a bag that looks like it would blend right in with your Aunt Edna's couch. No need to all shout at once, there are a dozen more bags' worth of this fabric waiting for a purpose.
It's a standard grocery bag, with thicker handles than the last one and a flatter profile. I like the way the roses lined up nicely in the middle of the bag. That was completely accidental and made me very happy when I noticed it. If you look closely, you'll see that it worked out on both sides!
Happy Orthodox Easter to one and all. I spent a lot of time making bread for that this week and last. We have a tradition of sending a loaf of it to my mother in law and godmother in law. Normally I'll find or create a box to mail it in, but I didn't have time this year. Luckily, I did have some bubble wrap, the two lovely bags from last week, and a big roll of plain paper. They should arrive today, just in time.
Coming up is school vacation week, which isn't nearly as much fun when you're a parent, but I'll get to see some other parents I haven't seen in a while, so that will be nice. If the kids cooperate. Which they do from time to time.
